Steel struts & 'A' brackets are manufactured for steel boats
and their size is in compliance with Rules of Classification
Societies. It is manufactured & supplied directly with
welded bosses. Welding are carried out as per rules of
classification societies i.e full penetration & stress
relieving. To remove the distortions during the welding the
bosses are re-machined.
The material we use is steel Grade D with the following mechanical properties: . T>510 N/mm˛ . Y >235 N/mm˛ . E>20%.
They are delivered completely with water lubricated rubber bearings & are easily interchangeable by losing the two screw.
We can also manufacture the struts as single cast in special materials Stainless Steel & Mild Steel.
